At Professional Training Center, we are committed to providing high-quality training and excellent customer service. If you need to cancel or return a purchase, please review the following policies:

Live Events

If you need to cancel your order for a live event, you must do so no later than 24 hours before the event begins to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

Home Study Courses

If you purchase a home study course and wish to return it, you may do so up until the point you take the course. Once the course has been accessed or completed, refunds will not be granted.

Physical Training Manual

We use Amazon's KDP Publishing service to print our books. All returns of the PTC, Inc. DOT SAP Training Manual must be addressed with Amazon. Contact us if you have any issues.
